InRage Entertainment Artist-in-development Annie Cleary shares a piece of her soul with new songs and a day in her life AVAILABLE NOW!

Born in New York City and raised in the small Midwest town of Westchester Ohio, Annie Cleary’s friends and family discovered her mastery of the power of music when she was just three years old and the brood arrived home from a viewing of the Phantom of the Opera to find her performing a perfect replication of the theme song purely by memory. Living with Asperger’s Syndrome gave Annie a super-human, pristine ear for music. She studied and performed constantly while growing up, inspired by the works of such artists as John Lennon, Judy Garland, Ella Fitzgerald and Led Zeppelin. Describing her art as “making music, not war,” she not only performs the songs we love, but actually writes many of her own, rooted in a determination to change the world for the better and to spread a message of deep love and understanding for all things different in our evolving world. Fans are taking notice of her unique combination of Soft Rock, Jazz, Blues and Indie, and are embracing this message to take action.

Having followed her from the Undergrounds Coffeehouse to regular appearances with the Jump n’ Jive Band at jazz clubs, we find ourselves inspired by her impassioned spirit and her ability to enact her message by contributing her gift to such organizations and works as USO shows and Habitat for Humanity fundraisers. A semi-finalist at the Overture Awards in 2009 and 2010, Annie was destined to find her way to the lights of the Hollywood stage, and we’re so glad she has. She’s come a long way from her Midwestern roots in band, choir and musical theater, but her experiences have only just begun to change our world for the better. During her year of development with InRage Entertainment, Annie created beautifully moving songs with her producer Automatic and her band The Fools, some of which are gathered together in this, her debut, self-titled EP.
