ARTHUR KWON LEE

The former Tae Kwon Do national medalist turned fine artist stands in budding contrast to America’s stereotype of the South Korean male. Covered in tattoos, muscle bound and obsessed with rap culture, Lee is an enigma in the art world.

Competitive, passionate and no stranger to being an outcast, inRage’s first visual artist has won medals for three consecutive years in the domain of martial arts and was invited to compete internationally for his dominance.

Lee has been awarded by George Washington University, the Overseas National Institute, the Korea Memorial Foundation, the Corcoran Gallery of Art, the Korean Artist Association of United States, McLean Project for the Arts, the Jung Society of Washington and many more. He has produced huge indoor mural installations all along the East Coast for influential moguls and celebrities of all genre. Lee’s background is extensive in the fine arts, only to name a few he has exhibited in the Gallery of San Carpoforo – Milan, Italy, Gallery 31 - Washington, DC, The Bullock Gallery – Mclean, VA and the Corcoran Gallery of Art - Washington, DC.
